Our Scouting Division

Raising Strong Armenians

Since 1958, Homenetmen-GAMK's scouting division has been nurturing young Armenians through outdoor adventure, community service, and cultural education. Our program combines the worldwide Homenetmen scouting curriculum with the standards of Scouts Canada and Scouts de Montréal métropolitain: developing character, citizenship, and personal fitness through structured, age-specific modules.

Scouts are organized by age and gender into dedicated groups, each led by trained leaders who guide them on a progressive journey of skills, values, and Armenian identity.

The Scouting Journey

From Scout to Leader

Homenetmen's scouting program is more than weekly meetings and camps, it's a lifelong journey. Many of today's leaders began as Moglis and Beavers and have carried the Homenetmen values into their adult lives, families, and communities.
